/KASE, September 19, 2016/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 13, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y05E848
(KZ2C00003044, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
the quasi-public sector", KZTKb3) of Kazaktelecom for the period from December
27, 2015 to June 26, 2016.
According to the letter provided no bonds have been offered in the period under
review. As of June 26, 2016, 20,993,937 bonds were unplaced.
