National Bank approves report on results of offering of ForteBank bonds KZ2C0Y20A641 (KZ2C00001485, TEBNb3) in period from December 24, 2015 to June 23, 2016

/KASE, September 22, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of September 15, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y20A641 (KZ2C00001485, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", TEBNb3) of ForteBank in the period from December 24, 2015 to June 23, 2016. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period; as of June 23, 2016, 166,146,815,883 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced. [2016-09-22]
