/KASE, September 27, 2016/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana) (the Company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 19, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the bonds
KZ2C0Y07E970 (KZ2C00003275, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from the quasi-state sector", KAFIb5) of the company for the period
from December 12, 2015 to June 11, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of June 11, 2016, 10,000 bonds remained unplaced.
