/KASE, September 28, 2016/ – ForteBank (Astana) (the Bank), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a press release of September 27, 2016 stating that "today Moody's Investors
Service upgraded the Bank's long-term deposit ratings in local and foreign
currency to "B3" with a stable outlook. The basic credit assessment (BCA) was
increased, reflecting the decrease in corporate governance risks, improved
profitability and progress in the recovery of bad loans."
