/KASE, September 28, 2016/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following statement: quote Joint Stock Company Kcell (hereinafter – the Company) (LSE, KASE: KCEL), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan by market share in terms of revenue and subscribers, informs its shareholders and investors about the following information: the Board of Directors of Kcell decided to extend the credit line in the amount of KZT3.0 bln under the Framework Agreement dated September 24, 2013 concluded between Kcell and Altyn Bank (SB of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan) to fund its working capital. Thus, the line of credit of KZT3.0 bln was extended for a period of 12 months until September 23, 2017.
