/KASE, September 28, 2016/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 21, 2016, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP03Y07D701
(KZ2C00003069, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KKGBb11)
of Kazkommertsbank for the period from January 14 to July 13, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of July 13, 2016, 5,823,489 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
