Ordinary shares KZ1C60280019 (KZ1C00001304, IRPM) of Irtysh-Polymetal underwent listing on KASE in second category

/KASE, September 29, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated September 29, 2016, ordinary shares KZ1C60280019 (ISIN – KZ1C00001304) of Irtysh-Polymetal (Almaty) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in said shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to a certificate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on the state registration of an issue of securities of July 19, 2016, the issue of authorized shares of Irtysh-Polymetal shall consist of 1,000,000 ordinary shares which were assigned a national identification number KZ1C60280019. The Issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. A6028. Said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) IRPM.
