National Bank takes note of non-placement of ATFBank shares in period from March 8 to September 7, 2016

/KASE, October 5, 2016/ – ATFBank (Almaty) (the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 3, 2016, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank's shares in the period from March 8 to September 7, 2016; - as of September 7, 2016, 8,705,267 ordinary shares of the Bank remained unplaced.
