/KASE, October 11, 2016/ – Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) (Astana, hereinafter – the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2016. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C34930012 of the company makes up 260,000,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samuryk-Kazyna, owning 234,000,001 common shares of the company (90.00% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares).
