According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C45210016 of the company makes up 117,377,371 pieces; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is National Managing Holding KazAgro.
