National Bank takes note of non-placement of Bayan Sulu shares in period from April 3 to October 2, 2016

/KASE, October 18, 2016/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanai, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 11, 2016, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from April 3 to October 2, 2016; - as of October 2, 2016, 55,340,000 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced.
