officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE

International rating agency Standard&Poor's upgraded the long-term credit
rating of Kazkommertsbank to "В-" from "ССС+". Rating change outlook –
"Negative". Rating on national scale raised to "kzB+" from "kzB-". The bank's
short-term rating was affirmed at "С".
