ForteBank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, October 26, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan, based on part 3 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, on October 24, 2016 brought the Bank to administrative responsibility following the resolution on imposing an administrative sanction under cases of administrative violations (received by the Bank on October 24, 2016) and imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of 1,200 MCI for inappropriate actions of the Bank according to the Protocols of administrative violations dated October 4, 2016".
