/KASE, October 26, 2016/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated October 20, 2016 according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP06Y07D217
(KZ2C00002996, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CCBNb26)
of Bank CenterCredit for the period from March 16 to September 15, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review. As of September 15, 2016 349,940,000 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
