/KASE, November 7, 2016/ – Central Asia Cement (Temirtau), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated October 26, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y05E319
(KZ2C00001840, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CACMb2) of
Central Asia Cement for the period from November 6, 2015 to May 5, 2016.
According to the letter provided, the bonds were not offered in the period under
review. As of May 5, 2016 1,010,000 bonds remained unplaced.
