/KASE, November 7, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the
following:

Following the decision of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
ForteBank today Magzhan Auezov was elected as a member of the Board of
Directors/Independent Director of ForteBank.
Thus, as of November 7, 2016 the Bank's Board of Directors consists of six
members, three of whom are independent directors of the Bank (R. Bekturov, M.
Auezov, H. Pandza). Apart from them the Bank's Board of Directors also includes
S. Svyatov (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank), A. Utemuratov and
T. Issatayev.
