KASE Management Board decides to list bonds KZ2C0Y01F418 (KZ2C00003838, PDENb3) of PAVLODARENERGO in Commercial Bonds Sector of official list

/KASE, November 17, 2016/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board on November 16, 2016 decided to admit bonds KZ2C0Y01F418 (KZ2C00003838; KZT100, KZT1.0 bn; 12 months, semi-annual coupon 13.0 % APR, 30/360) of PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar) to Commercial Bonds Sector of the official list. We will announce the date this Management Board decision becomes effective as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in clause 6 of article 5 of KASE internal document "Rules of securities listing in Commercial Bonds sector of official list". We are as well yet to announce the opening of KASE trading in these bonds. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. Investment House Astana-Invest JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of PAVLODARENERGO. The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) PDENb3.
