/KASE, November 18, 2016/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of November 9, 2016, bonds
KZP01Y15F315 (KZ2C00003747; KZT1,000, KZT30,350.00 mln; 15 years; semi-annual
coupon 15.30 % APR; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance (Astana) were included in the
category "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" of KASE official
list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective from November 18, 2016 as the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will be announced later.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds.
Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is the
financial advisor and underwriter of KazAgroFinance.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) KAFIb7.
