/KASE, November 18, 2016/ – As previously announced, Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Management Board on November 16, 2016 decided to admit
bonds KZ2C0Y01F418 (KZ2C00003838; KZT100, KZT1.0 bn; 12 months, semi-
annual coupon 13.0 % APR, 30/360) of PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar) to
Commercial Bonds Sector of the official list.
This Management Board decision became effective on November 18, 2016 as
the issuer fulfilled the terms set in clause 6 of Article 5 of KASE internal
document "Rules of Securities Listing in Commercial Bonds Sector of Official
List".
We are yet to announce the opening of KASE trading in these bonds.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
Investment House Astana-Invest JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and
underwriter of PAVLODARENERGO.
The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) PDENb3.
