Extraordinary general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due December 14, 2016

/KASE, November 18, 2016/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on December 14, 2016 at 11:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders will begin with the following agenda: 1) on approval of the Company's development plan for 2017-2021; 2) on consideration of the progress report on the Company's development plan for 1H 2016; Said meeting will be held in the Company's conference hall, near the poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be done beginning from 10:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in said meeting will be drawn up as of December 2, 2016.
