/KASE, November 23, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "the South Kazakhstan branch of the RSI National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan, based on part 1 of article 220 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, on October 20, 2016 ... brought the Bank to administrative responsibility in form of a penalty to the amount of 5 % of the payment and (or) transfer instruction, or KZT25,152.40 due to the bank's failure to timely fulfill requirements of item 5 of article 16 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan "On Payments and Money Transfers".
