Development Bank of Kazakhstan says RAM Ratings Services Berhad downgraded long-term rating of Islamic bonds Sukuk "Al-Murabaha" issue program

/KASE, November 23, 2016/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following:

Malaysian rating agency RAM Rating Services Berhad downgraded the long-term
rating of the Program of issuing mid-term Islamic bonds "Sukuk "Al-Murabaha" of
Development Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Bank) to the amount of up to
MYR1.5 bn from АА2/Stable to АА3/Stable.
This upgrading is the consequence of respective rating actions with regard to
Kazakhstan's sovereign ratings.
