/KASE, November 28, 2016/ – National Managing Holding KazAgro (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

The largest in Kazakhstan greenhouse complex was built in Almaty. This is yet
another national agro-industrial investment project to be put into operation
ahead of the 10th anniversary of KazAgro. All events relating to the official
opening of the complex in honor of the 25th anniversary of Independence of
Kazakhstan are scheduled for early December this year.
The 12 ha greenhouse BRB APK worth KZT6.6 bn was financed by
KazAgroFinance, the KazAgro holding company. The facility is located in the
Alatau district of Almaty to annually produce 3,200 tons of tomatoes and 4,000
tonnes of cucumbers. The manufacturing technology of Dalsem, the Dutch
company, is to be used and around 150 people are expected to be employed.
