National Bank takes note of non-placement of Delta Bank shares in period from May 17 to November 16, 2016

/KASE, December 2, 2016/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated November 25, 2016 according on the approval of the Bank's share placement report. According to the letter provided: - National Bank took note of the non-placement of the Bank's shares in the period from May 17 to November 16, 2016; - as of November 16, 2016 16,650,333 ordinary shares of the Bank remained unplaced.
