/KASE, December 6, 2016/ – National company KazMunayGaz (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
"On November 29, 2016 rating agency Standard&Poor's affirmed the rating of
NC KazMunayGaz and its following debt securities at level "BB/kzA",
outlook "Negative"".
