Kazkommertsbank announces payment of dividends on preferred shares KZ1P00400112 (KZ0005416453, KKGBp) for 2015

/KASE, December 9, 2016/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release: quote Kazkommertsbank announces that on 8 December 2016 the Bank has paid dividends on preferred shares for the year of 2016 in accordance with the list of eligible shareholders fixed as of 8 November 2016 (shareholder register record date). Dividends accrued for payment amounted to 4,984,115 US dollars at the rate of 0.04 US dollar per one preferred share (equivalent of 1,675,609,621.87 tenge). Number of placed preferred shares amounted to 125,000,000, of which 397,125 preferred shares have been bought back by the Bank. Payments to the shareholders amounted to 1,675,585,066.55 tenge. Amount of dividends not paid due to absence of the recipients' banking details was 24,555.32 tenge. Dividends have been paid by bank transfer to bank accounts of shareholders - holders of the Bank’s preferred shares.
