/KASE, December 13, 2016/ – Qazaq Banki (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that "on December 12, 2016 the scheduled offering of 3,200,000
ordinary shares to the amount of KZT3.2 bn was conducted, with the Bank's
shareholder capital increasing to KZT33.3 bn. The Bank's equity increased to
KZT39 bn".
