National Bank takes note of non-placement of ForteBank shares in period from May 22 to November 21, 2016

/KASE, December 21, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty, the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of December 2, 2016 according to which: - National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank's shares in the period from May 22 to November 21, 2016; - as of November 21, 2016 57,615,895,911 ordinary shares of the Bank remained unplaced.
