/KASE, December 23, 2016/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has informed KASE that
"Fitch Ratings upgraded a credit rating of issuer of Kazakhtelecom from "ВВ",
outlook positive, to "ВВ+", outlook stable, according to Fitch website.
Kazakhtelecom national scale rating was upgraded from "А+ (kaz)" to "AA-
(kaz)", outlook stable
