/KASE, December 26, 2016/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated December 23, 2016 according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10D210
(KZ2C00000586, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CCBNb22)
of Bank CenterCredit for the period from May 27 to November 26, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the period under
review. As of November 26, 2016, 1,211,000 bonds remained unplaced.
