/KASE, December 30, 2016/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZP02Y10Е754
(KZ2C00002889, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NRBNb11)
and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue of December 23,
2016 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change in the type of the
mentioned bonds;
- the type of bonds was changed from coupon unsecured to coupon
subordinated unsecured;
