/KASE, January 5, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, Bank), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following:

On December 30, 2016 a Standard & Poor's report was received whereby the
agency has downgraded the Bank's credit rating.
According to the report, the Bank's credit rating was downgraded to "CCC+/C".
The national scale rating was downgraded to "kzB-". All the ratings were placed
on CreditWatch with developing implications.
