EGM of Delta Bank shareholders due February 6, 2017

/KASE, January 9, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE, that an EGM of its shareholders will be held on February 6, 2017 at 11:00 am, with the Agenda as follows: 1) electing the Bank's Tabulation Committee members; 2) electing the Bank's Board of Directors members. The meeting will be held at 73a Tole bi str., Almaty. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be compiled as of January 25, 2017. In case of absence of quorum a repeated meeting will be held on November 6, 2013 at the same time at the address as above.
