According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C37300015 of the Bank makes up 220,500 units; - 70,500 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the sole Bank's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Bank is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
