National Bank approves report on results of Delta Bank bonds KZP02Y07E693 (KZ2C00002665, NFBNb5) offering in period from June 13 to December 12, 2016

/KASE, January 18, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 13, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y07E693 (KZ2C00002665, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb5) of Delta Bank in the period from June 13 to December 12, 2016. According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period under review; as of December 12, 2016, 15,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced. [2017-01-18]
