/KASE, January 18, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 28, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds
KZP06Y10B660 (KZ2C00002020, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from quasi-government sector", MREKb7) of Mangistau Distribution
Power Grid for the period from May 18 to November 17, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of November 18, 2016, 20,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
