/KASE, January 18, 2017/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated January 16, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP02Y10E531 (KZ2C00003291,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CAEPb2) of Central Asian
Electric Power Corporation for the period from June 12 to December 11, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of December 11, 2016 33,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
