/KASE, January 19, 2017/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2017. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the Company makes up 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 26,216,480 common shares; - the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Company is Samruk-Energy JSC, who owns 116,100,278 shares of the Company (81.58% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 116,099,028 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the Company (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company).
