Kazkommertsbank announces change in volume of major shareholder's voting shares

/KASE, January 23, 2017/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a press-release of January 23, 2017:

JSC Kazkommertsbank (“The Bank”) announces today that the number of common shares
of the Bank, for which the Bank’s major shareholder JSC Central-Asian Investment
Company holds voting rights, has changed.
On 25 June 2015 Mr. N. Subkhanberdin and JSC Central-Asian Investment Company (CAIC)
have signed trust management agreement for 43,081,009 common shares of Kazkommertsbank,
which accounted for 5.4% of outstanding common shares of the Bank.
On 19 January 2017 Mr. Subkhanberdin and CAIC have signed agreement on
termination of trust agreement for shares of Kazkommertsbank dated 25 June 2015.
At the moment CAIC holds 8.79% of outstanding common shares of JSC Kazkommertsbank.
