/KASE, January 26, 2017/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 23, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, category "other debt securities",
CAEPb1) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation for period from May 7 to
November 6, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of November 6, 2016, 43,238,170 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
