/KASE, February 2, 2017/ – Agricultural credit corporation (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated January 26, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP02M90E700
(KZ2C00003283, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
the quasi-public sector", AGKKb5) of Agricultural credit corporation for the
period from June 18 to December 17, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of December 17, 2016, 1,815,213 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
