Delta Bank elects N. Tleubayev as Chairman of Board of Directors and says shareholders with ten percent or more of shares changed

/KASE, February 7, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on February 7, 2017 a repeated EGM of shareholders of the Bank was held where it was decided to elect Nurlan Tleubayev as a Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors for a term of office ending on October 10, 2021, whose voting ownership is 49%".
