officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following:

On February 3, 2017 a Standard & Poor's report was received regarding the
downgrading of the Bank's credit rating.
According to the report, the Bank's long-term credit rating on the international
scale was downgraded to "CC".
