National Bank approves report on results of offering of RG Brands bonds KZP01Y07E497 (KZ2C00002129, RGBRb7) in period from July 1 to December 31, 2016

/KASE, February 9, 2017/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 2, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y07E497 (KZ2C00002129, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", RGBRb7) of RG Brands in the period from July 1 to December 31, 2016. According to the letter provided, as of January 1, 2017 6,759,300,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced. [2017-02-09]
