/KASE, February 10, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 7, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP04Y10E834 (KZ2C00003309, KASE official list, category "other debt securities",
CSBNb18) of Kaspi Bank for the period from June 30 to December 29, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered during the
reporting period. As of December 29, 2016, 9,016,321 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
