/KASE, February 15, 2017/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau, Company), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 8, 2017 on approval of the report on
results of the offering of the company's shares, according which:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on results
of the offering of the Company's shares in the period from May 22 to
November 21, 2016;
- as of November 21, 2016 15,000,000 ordinary shares and 1,448,457
preferred shares of the Company were placed; its share capital equaled to
KZT15,863,965,600.00.
