KASE bans use of Delta Bank's securities as underlying assets in nego repo transactions

/KASE, February 16, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, a ban on using the below-mentioned securities of Delta Bank as underlying assets in nego repo transactions was put in effect as of February 16, 2017: - ordinary shares KZ1C36500011 (KZ000A1CTMT7, KASE official list, second category, NFBN); - bonds KZP02Y10E176 (KZ2C00002038, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb3); - bonds KZP01Y05E699 (KZ2C00002699, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb4); - bonds KZP02Y07E693 (KZ2C00002665, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb5); - bonds KZP03Y15E694 (KZ2C00002681, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb6); - bonds KZP04Y12E699 (KZ2C00002673, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NFBNb7). This decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 12 of KASE's internal document "Rules of Executing Repo Transactions" following Delta Bank's failure to repay the principal debt on bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2).
