/KASE, February 17, 2017/ – Central-Asian power-energy company (Almaty), bonds of
which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to
KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 13, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307
(KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CTECb1) of
Central-Asian power-energy company for the period from June 3 to December 2, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of December 2, 2016, 774,024 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
