officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of

On February 17, 2017 a Standard & Poor's report was received regarding the
downgrading of the Bank's credit rating.
According to the report, all rating of the Bank including those assigned to
securities were downgraded to "D".
