/KASE, February 24, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of
the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 22, 2017, according
to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds
KZP01Y10E053 (KZ2C00001618, KASE official list, category "other debt securities",
СSBNb10) of Kaspi Bank for the period from July 20, 2016 to January 19, 2017.
According to said letter, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
260,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced as of January 19, 2017.
